Conference Cancellation Policies
  • All cancellations must be submitted by emails. Please send an email and provide the registrant’s full name, institution, and order ID/invoice number if possible.
  • Name changes from the same institution for a registration (sending a replacement) may be made at any time and without a fee. Advance notice before 2 weeks is appreciated.
  • One registration is for one person. Multiple attendees may not share and swap one badge.
  • Unfortunately, MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY is unable to refund due to inclement weather, injury, illness, or transportation issues.
  • Occasionally, conferences fill to capacity before the registration deadline date, so we encourage you to register early. Registration is not guaranteed /confirmed until payment is received in full.
  • MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY reserves the right to cancel any program.
  • MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents. MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY advises that you do not book your travel arrangements until you have received your registration confirmation.
  • Please contact the MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY office by sending an email or calling the MADRAS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY office if you have any questions regarding policy specifics.
  • On prior information, at least one month before the event start date, you will receive a full refund.
  • Two weeks before the event start date, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 30% processing fee.
  • Less than one week before the event start date, you will not receive a refund.
